Santa Rosa Tool Library

Thursday November 6, 2008
My husband and I are still scampering to get our yard work done before the nonstop winter rains set in. And lucky, while looking through the Wacco Bulletin Board, I came across this place in Santa Rosa that lets people rent out tools for free. At the Santa Rosa Tool Library, Sonoma County residents 18 and over can borrow hand and power tool for landscaping and home repair. There’s no cost except for overdue fees if the tools are brought in past the due date. I looked through the list of available tools and there's a chainsaw, pressure washer, weed whacker...all kinds of stuff. How cool is that? Check out the website or email fixit@borrowtools.org with questions and tools requests.
