Annual Northbay Veterans Day Parade in Petaluma

Monday November 10, 2008
Tomorrow, November 11 is the Annual Northbay Veterans Day Parade in Petaluma. Considered the largest Veterans Day Parade north of the Golden Gate, the procession begins at 1 p.m. and winds its way north from the starting point at Walnut Park at “D” Street, along 4th and Kentucky streets, around the corner at Washington Street and south along Petaluma Boulevard to finish back at Walnut Park. Between 1 and 2 pm, vintage war birds and sleek air racers fly in formation over the downtown parade. Prior to that, the aircraft will be on display, starting at 8:30 a.m., at the Petaluma Airport, 601 Sky Ranch Drive. This is a FREE event. (707) 762-5710
