Strong, independent documentary shorts and features are now being accepted for the Second Annual Sebastopol Documentary Film Festival. Youth made films are also welcome.
Anyone with a driver’s license can compete in the drag races, providing their vehicle or motorcycle passes a simple technical inspection. Plus, the Top the Cops races are now in full swing as well. High school students get the rare chance to drag race against Bay Area law enforcement officers on Infineon Raceway's quarter-mile drag strip. Both are given practice runs, leading up to a final-round showdown between the student and an officer who competes in his/her squad car and in full uniform. $25 competitors, $15 for students with their high school identification card, $10 spectators.
