After a decade of putting on some of the zaniest and most spirited New Year's Eve shows that San Francisco has ever seen (and San Francisco has seen a lot!), Les Claypool is moving the party over to Santa Rosa this year. The Sonoma County resident, Primus bassist of old, author, and all-round Renaissance Man is teaming up with the folks at the Harmony Festival to bring us a huge celebration that will hopefully become an annual event. When it comes to Claypool's antics and parties, they say to expect the unexpected. Even so, I'm hoping that some photos of last year's party at San Francisco's Fillmore might at least give you an idea of what to expect not to expect.
