This home on Spring Hill Farm was ordered from the Sears-Roebuck Catalogue in 1877. It was one of 5 models of prefabricated houses available at the time. The dismantled house arrived by train at Two Rock, and the owners were disappointed to learn that Sears had sent them the wrong model. So they got it for half price. The (very upgraded) house still stands and is the home of Spring Hill Cheese Owner Larry Peter.
