Windsor has become known as a very family-friendly town that really caters to the kids. And the Windsor Certified Farmers Market Annual Pumpkin Festival is no exception. It' s great fun to see the little ones smile when they decorate a pumpkin or see a clown. But, it' s most fun to see the look on their faces when they catch a glimpse of the giant pumpkin pie.
