Worlds Largest Pumpkin Pie West of the Mississippi:
Back in 2003, the Windsor Pumpkin Festival set the Guinness World Record for the biggest pumpkin pie at 6 feet in diameter. But, two years later, a group in Ohio broke the record. Folks at the Windsor event say they're not going to attempt to recapture it. They're satisfied with having the best giant pie. This pie is made with organic eggs and Clover whipped cream on top--not that Cool Whip stuff they use in Ohio! The Biggest Pumpkin Pie West of the Mississippi is served at noon, $3 a slice.
Pumpkin and Face Painting:
All kids at the festival are given a free pumpkin to carve and decorate any way they please. Prizes will be given away for the best works. You can make yours at the festival or bring your creation from home. 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Kids decorate their pumpkins, stick an axel through them, and then race them down a speedway. Race at 11 a.m. Prizes
