Notes:
- The philosophy: Passionate about food, wine, and soccer
- The restaurant is located in a strip mall, but don’t let that fool you. This is not your average eatery.
- The pizzas are made in a Tuscan wood fired oven Neopolitan style – expect crisp yet bread-like pizza crust.
- The wood-burning oven fires the pizza to 715 degrees for two-and-a-half minutes.
- Supporters of the slow food movement of Sonoma County
- Much of the food is locally grown, organic, and sustainable
- Wine list allows you to choose between organic, sustainable, and biodynamic varieties
- House made burrata is a specialty – the cheese used in this dish is made by a local, artisan producer.
- Fresh made tapenades
- Olive oil is bought locally – McEvoy Ranch
