There were many wonderful dishes, samples and snacks to pair with the delicious wines along the Wine Road. However, nothing compared to all the samples at Hop Kiln Winery. There huge tasting room was full of various tasting oils, jams, mustards, cheeses, dips and chocolate sauces.
