One of the best things about a Wine & Food Affair is that you are able to visit small wineries and often times talk with the owner or winemaker or both. Rick Moshin is here pouring his 2006 Pinot Noir. Moshin is a delightful small winery tucked away on Westside Road. The winery is a four-tier, gravity-flow production house where the careful movement of Pinot Noir from crush pad to press to barrel to the bottling room is possible without the use of abrasive pumps.
