Sonoma County is known for its beautiful landscape and some of the best wines in the world. Wine has been made here for over 130 years. The Russian River Wine Road, an association of about 140 wineries in the Alexander, Dry Creek and Russian River Valleys, held its premier event of the year, A Wine & Food Affair, this past weekend (November 3 and 4, 2007). It was truly a glorious day in Sonoma County on Sunday, with bright sunshine and 70 degree temperatures.
