The southwest quadrant is the area that falls south of Hwy. 12 and west of Hwy. 101 Map This area of town is the most rural, least developed part, with plenty of farm land along Llano Rd. and Todd Rd.
Points of interest:
- Roseland is the best known residential area in this quadrant.
- Southwest Community Park
- Santa Rosa Auto Row. Many of the local automobile dealerships are by Hwy. 101 on Corby Ave., just south of the Hearn Ave. exit.
- Elsie Allen High School
- Lawrence Cook Middle School
